On The Kelly Clarkson Show, which airs on Wednesday, The 9-1-1: Lone Star star, 58, talks about parenting his kids John Owen, 28, and Matthew, 30, whom he shares with his wife Sheryl Berkoff.
In his conversation with Clarkson, Lowe recalled a camping trip where he made the decision to pull a complex prank on the young guys.
“The kids, who were approximately 8 and 6, and I went camping. Since I frequently told kids Bigfoot tales, I made the decision that we would visit the region of the Pacific Northwest where Bigfoot is reputed to reside. I then hired a very extravagant Bigfoot outfit.”
On the journey, the actor hid the costume in the Winnebago they were travelling in and stole it at night. I emerged in the middle of the night and moved around the nearby campfire while making obnoxious noises.
He continues, proud of the experience, “It was so sick, it was the best.”
If Clarkson did that to her kids, who are presently that age, she claims they would “never sleep again.”
Lowe responds with laughter, “Well one of them, Matthew, came up and kicked me in the you-know-whats.

Lowe claims that the younger boy will “grow up to be somebody” and claims that his older son “vomitted” at the joke.
